Operations Manager

Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment building industry. Age around 35 years.

Job Description : The Incumbent is responsible for steel fabrication, assembly of cranes and hoists, trial run, customer inspections, and delivery of the finished equipment.

    Additional responsibilities include:
  • Vendor development and sub-contracting of crane components and sub-assemblies of machinery.
  • Carry out manpower allocation according to the priority of the jobs.
  • Manage the work force, decide on the need for over time and holiday working for timely delivery of the cranes and hoists to customers.

Experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.

Remuneration shall be commensurate with education and experience.

Service Engineer

Diploma or Graduate Engineer either Mechanical or Electrical with 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar field. Age around 25 to 30 years.

Job Description : The Incumbent is responsible for erection, commissioning of cranes and hoists at customer sites all over India. Also responsible for attending all types of maintenance works on the cranes and hoists at customer sites.

    Prerequisites:
  • Should be willing to travel and able to work at heights.
  • Shall be able to develop sub-contractors for doing the labour work for the installation, commissioning and also for attending the maintenance works near the customer job sites.

Remuneration shall be commensurate with education and experience.
